Do you take custom orders?
We don't currently take individual custom orders but if you are looking for a bulk custom order see our become a stockist page for details. If you would like a custom original illustration please get in touch for availability and pricing. Please note we don't take custom orders for illustrated products unless you commission the original illustration first. We do however have some products which you can personalise.
Can you tell me where you buy your materials?
No, sorry. We aren't going to share our business secrets and supplier information as it's taken us years of trial and error to find what works for us.
Can you print notebook a mug/notebook/mirror for me?
I'm afraid not, we don't offer digital printing services for other businesses or individuals. There are plenty other companies who do offer this if you have a look on Google.
Which payment methods do you take?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments through PayPal. This website is secure as PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this online shop.
Do I have to have a Paypal account to buy from your shop?
Not at all, Paypal simply hosts our secure checkout but you can still continue as a guest and enter your credit card information in the way you normally would.
Can you donate a raffle prize for our charity event?
Unfortunately we can't donate to all of the charities that contact us as we get too many requests to fulfil so we have decided just to support charities that we have a personal connection with.
Are you looking for more stockists?
Yes we'd love to hear from you if you have a shop/gallery/tearoom which JillyJilly products would fit into. Please see our become a stockist page for more info.
How soon can I receive my order?
All items are printed, packaged, wrapped and posted within 1-3 working days. We use 1st class UK delivery services. See our shipping and returns page for more info. If you do need your order by a specific date please get in touch to let us know before placing your order.
I'm placing an order as a gift, can you send it directly to the recipient?
Yes of course, we are happy to add a gift note from you and all of our products come gift wrapped. See our gift wrapping page for more details.
