Shipping & Returns

UK Shipping

We charge two rates for postage depending on whether the items you buy will be classed as large letter (£1.50) or small parcel (£2.80). Your purchase will be posted within 1-3 working days of receiving payment to allow time for your order to be made and packaged. Our postage rates are for Royal mail 1st class standard delivery in the UK. You can choose to upgrade to 1st class recorded at checkout for an extra fee.
Please note that if you are ordering a personalised item and haven't included a note at checkout with the details then the 1-3 working days processing time is from the time we receive your personalisation information.

All of our products are lovingly gift wrapped and securely packaged using bubble wrap when needed and card backed envelopes for paper items to make sure they arrive safely with you.

Please make sure that your Paypal information is up to date as we will post to your Paypal address unless you request that we send it to a different address.

Delivery time after we post items according to the Royal Mail website is currently 1-3 working days for UK orders. These times should be used as a guide only. Occasionally items go missing in the mail. If you have not received your order by 15 days of shipping (UK) please contact us for a refund or replacement.

International Shipping

Our shop system will calculate the postage on your order depending on which products you are buying. It bases this calculation on weight so if you are ordering mugs it will cost more than if you are ordering smaller items such as earrings. International shipping starts at £3.50 for a small parcel. We ship outside the UK using standard airmail shipping. Please note this is not tracked. If you would like tracked shipping please contact us for a price before ordering.

Any customs and duty fees incurred due to international shipping are the responsibility of you, the customer.

International Shipping Times

3-10 working days for European orders.
1-3 weeks for US, Canada, Australia and the rest of the world.

These times are a guide only and can occasionally take longer, especially during December. Occasionally, severe weather conditions in winter can delay shipping. If this happens, we will keep the buyer informed of any delays. Occasionally items go missing in the mail. If you have not received your order by 20 working days (Europe) or 25 working days (elsewhere) please contact us for a refund or replacement.


As our items are handmade and individually printed there may be slight variations from the photographs, but that's what makes your product unique!

We hope you love your JillyJilly goodies but if you are unhappy with any item we are happy to offer you a full refund (excluding return P&P cost, unless the item is faulty) if the item is returned to us in its original packaging within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the return postage is at your expense. If you wish to exchange an item, there will be an additional delivery charge for the new item.

We can't accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons or personalised items due to the custom nature (unless faulty)

To arrange a refund please email with your name, order number and details of the item(s) you'd like to return and why. Please don’t return items without contacting us first.

All refunds will be processed within 7 working days of the return being received and refunds will be made to the original payment method.
